As recruiters, we have a real responsibility to encourage clients to consider a range of candidates during the hiring process – no matter their gender or background.

Our first iteration of this report collated information and thoughts from interviews with 1,200 senior contacts across the supply chain in 2018, discussing the status of diversity and its effect on the supply chain.

Our new and improved report explores the thoughts of senior leaders and the impact of economic uncertainty on gender balance in the present day.

As part of our 2020 International Women’s Day campaign, #EachforEqual, we are revisiting our 2018 ‘Diversity as a Driver of Change’ report to see how equality has progressed since.
